In the last 12 months I’ve been lucky enough to try L’Enclume and Lake Road Kitchen, and they were both amazing. L’Enclume blew my mind with its 16-course tasting menu. Each dish was like a tiny work of art, with crazy flavours and ideas you wouldn’t even imagine. Lake Road Kitchen was just as enjoyable with a more natural style and Scandinavian influence the dishes were incredible.
