We stayed for one week in Oak Croft Lodge in November 2022. The park is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Hawkshead village – but is extremely quiet and peaceful. From our lodge we had a beautiful view overlooking the fields and fells with the sound of the beck below our deck. The park is extremely well maintained and all staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Parking is directly outside the lodge in an allocated space. The lodge was immaculately clean and furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. The layout consisted of an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with a log burner (as well as central heating) which opened out onto a nice deck with tables and chairs and a hot tub (which was well maintained and kept to a good temperature). The master bedroom had an extremely comfortable super king size bed and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom (double bed) was ensuite with walk-in shower and WC. There was also a family bathroom too. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful park when next back in the area.  Anjoco69
