Entrance via a useful boot room with underfloor heating, hanging space for outdoor gear, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, which leads into the light and spacious hallway. The very comfortable master bedroom has a king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and fitted carpets and a wall-mounted HD TV. The ensuite is fully tiled in Lakeland slate tones, with a walk-in rain shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, fitted carpets, fitted wardrobes and a wall-mounted HD TV and has lovely lake views through the two full-length windows. The third bedroom is brightly furnished with twin beds and also has good views of the lake, fitted carpets and a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is fully tiled with a rain shower over the bath, basin, wc and heated towel rail. There are complimentary toiletries provided in both bathrooms, WC, heated towel rail along with guest slippers for your comfort. As you walk through to the contemporary and well-planned lounge/kitchen/dining room, you find a delightful, light and spacious living area with oak flooring and two sets of double glass doors leading on to the outside veranda, with wonderful views of the lake. The lounge area has two quality leather suites. There is a 40-inch flat-screen HD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and Bluetooth speaker with wireless broadband. The contemporary log burning fire sits neatly between the lounge and the dining area, which has a solid oak dining table and chairs and overlooks the impressive open plan fitted kitchen. The Nook’s spacious decked veranda overlooking the lake is the perfect outdoor space to relax and admire the view.
