The entranceway leads into a useful boot room with hanging space for outdoor gear. From here the hallway opens into the contemporary and well-planned lounge/kitchen/dining room, which is spacious and light with oak flooring and two sets of double glass doors leading out onto the decked veranda next to the beck with a fabulous private hot tub. The beautifully furnished lounge area is light and cosy with stylish quality leather sofas. There is a wall-mounted 40-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod docking station and wireless broadband. The dining area has a solid oak dining table and comfy chairs and is easily accessible to the superbly fitted open plan kitchen with everything you need to make self-catering a pleasure. The very comfortable master bedroom has a king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and fitted carpets and a wall-mounted 26” HD TV. The ensuite is fully tiled in Lakeland slate tones, with a walk-in rain shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, fitted carpets, fitted wardrobes and has lovely fellside views through the full-length window. The third bedroom is brightly furnished with twin beds and has fitted carpets and a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is fully tiled with a rain shower over the bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. There are complimentary toiletries provided in both bathrooms, WC, heated towel rail along with guest slippers for your comfort.
