Covid Cancellation Policy
Our Covid-19 Cancellation Policy is if you booked a stay with us and if we not be able to open in time for that date, then we would offer you either a transfer of your reservation dates or a refund. Alternatively if you have a stay booked with us and we are able to open but you are not able to travel, because of a local lockdown or you are showing symptoms of Covid-19, you would be able to transfer your reservation stay to a future date.

Hot Tubs Covid-19
We are delighted to confirm that Hot Tubs will be running and can be used as normal.
Our standard Hot Tub procedure has always been that every hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every change of guest. All the hot tubs are checked twice daily to ensure chlorine levels are kept to the safe standard and water quality is maintained. We use an independent Water Management company who have advised that our current procedure will continue to be safe for all guests going forward.
Frequently touched areas on the hot tub including cover lid and the lifter, and the control panel are all sanitised in-between stays and after the daily checks.
