We are pleased to confirm our Christmas and New Year availability for 2025. With Christmas Day falling on a Thursday this year, this allows for some flexibility with length of stays particularly over the New Year week. Please find the options available:

Available for either 6 nights arriving Saturday 27th December, or 5 nights arriving Sunday 28th December 2025.
Some lodges maybe limited to 5 or 6 night stays over New Year due to availability in early January 2026.
Christmas and New Year availability is currently fixed to the arrival days and number of nights listed above. At this time we aren’t able to offer shorter stays than the 5 night option arriving on Sunday 28th December. Balances are due in full six weeks before your arrival date; however, you can pay instalments up to 6 weeks before your arrival by either Paylink or bank transfer.

Short Breaks
Our standard short breaks run from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights). However, sometimes we are able to offer other short breaks on alternative arrival days. Standard short stay prices are listed on the website, but for other short stay prices not listed please send an enquiry or email us, and we can confirm availability and prices for you.

Hot Tub Checks
Our standard Hot Tub procedure has always been that every hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every change of guest. All the hot tubs are checked twice daily to ensure chlorine levels are kept to the safe standard and water quality is maintained. We use an independent Water Management company who have advised that our current procedure will continue to be safe for all guests going forward.
