The entranceway leads into a useful boot room with hanging space for outdoor gear. From here the hallway opens into the contemporary and well-planned lounge\/kitchen\/dining room, which is spacious and light with oak flooring and two sets of double glass doors leading out onto the decked veranda next to the beck. The beautifully furnished lounge area is light and cosy with stylish quality leather sofas. There is a wall-mounted 40-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod docking station and wireless broadband. The dining area has a solid oak dining table and comfy chairs and is easily accessible to the superbly fitted open plan kitchen with everything you need to make self-catering a pleasure. The very comfortable master bedroom has a king-size bed with fitted wardrobes and fitted carpets and a wall-mounted 26\u201d HD TV. The ensuite is fully tiled in Lakeland slate tones, with a walk-in rain shower, basin, wc and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, fitted carpets, fitted wardrobes and has lovely fellside views through the full-length window. The third bedroom is brightly furnished with twin beds and has fitted carpets and a built-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is fully tiled with a rain shower over the bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. There are complimentary toiletries provided in both bathrooms, WC, heated towel rail along with guest slippers for your comfort.<\/p>\n
