Entranceway into a useful, heated boot room with hanging space for outdoor gear. From here the hallway opens into the contemporary and well-planned lounge\/kitchen\/dining room, which is spacious and light with oak flooring and two sets of double glass doors leading out onto the decked veranda next to the beck. The beautifully furnished lounge area is light and cosy with a stylish, quality leather suite. There is a wall-mounted 40-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod docking station and wireless broadband. The dining area has a solid oak dining table and comfy chairs and is easily accessible to the superbly fitted open plan kitchen with everything you need to make self-catering a pleasure. The luxurious master bedroom has open views onto the fellside with fitted carpets and wardrobes, an en-suite and a king-size bed with quality soft furnishings. The fully tiled en-suite has a superb rain -shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is spacious and cosily furnished with a full-length window and has fitted carpets and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom can be made up of either two single beds or a super king bed and has plenty of space for a cot. The main bathroom is fully tiled with a full-size shower bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. There are complimentary toiletries provided in both bathrooms, along with guest slippers for your comfort. The decked veranda is a delight, overlooking the open countryside and has a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing evenings.<\/p>\n
